Urban Pad UC'09 Award by - Gamr7
Gamr7 is proud to honour individuals and their work which has, without question, influenced and impacted the careers of their colleagues and the industry at large. To commemorate this achievement of excellence, we are proud to award a Full Urban Pad license to a single entry. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges from Studio Gamr7 and may or may not correspond with the top-placed entries in Unearthly Challenge 2009.

Torque 3D Game Environment Award by - Torque 3D
The makers of Torque 3D, the most widely used game engine in the video game industry, recognize the need for stunning visuals in today's competitive marketplace. In order to encourage artists to use cutting-edge rendering tech available to small and mid-sized studios, we are product to announce the Torque 3D Game Environment Award. In exchange for your amazing game world/environment showcased in Torque, we will give you Pro licenses of our entire suite of game engines. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges from the Torque development team and may or may not correspond with the top-placed entries in Unearthly Challenge 2009.

Unearthly Challenge is open to all artists in all countries.
|
|
All champions, regardless of location on planet earth, are eligible for prizes. If you have a shipping address and/or bank account, we will send you your prizes!
|
|
Prizes cannot be divided into multiple shipping addresses.
|
|
All Cash prizes are listed in USD. Any transfer fees must be paid by the prize winner.
|
|
To be eligible for prizes, winning entrants must cooperate in making an interview about themselves.
|
|
Any import taxes or duties on prizes must be paid by the prize winner as follows:
- Bank wire transfer deduction: - $35
US
- Bank Draft/Cheque deduction: - $5 US
- Paypal deduction: - $0 US
- Western Union Cheque: - $15 US
- Shipping and Handling for Medallion prizes: Deduction determined by post office. |

Judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

No late entries will be accepted. All Unearthly Challenge'09 Participating forums will not be held responsible for late entries for any reason whatsoever. It is the sole responsibility of the entrants to make reasonable allowances for upload times and to plan accordingly.

notice or advance warning.

All art, sketches, and photographs submitted in or during Unearthly Challenge remains yours to do with as you wish. You retain all rights, ownerships, and/or copyrights for your work.

Our sponsors are responsible for sending the prizes to the winners. GCCore Arts cannot be held responsible, nor can we provide a substitute in case prizes are no longer available or if the sponsors have retracted their sponsorship at any time during the contest.

GCCore reserves the right to amend any of the above during the course of the Competition (can relate to Specifications, Prizes, Submission Guidelines, etc.).
